Corporate Paralegal | Manchester, NH | Hybrid

Salary: $70,000–$100,000

An established law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a busy legal practice in its Manchester, NH office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team, work closely with attorneys, and contribute to a variety of corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with entity formations, corporate governance, and business transactions.

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate document preparation.

• Maintain corporate records, manage filings, and track deadlines.

• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working collaboratively with a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software.

• Real estate, trusts and estates, or probate experience is a plus but not required.
