Probate Litigation Associate | Massachusetts

Compensation: $145,000–$165,000+ DOE

A well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience who is interested in handling complex disputes, gaining courtroom experience, and working closely with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.

• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Communicate with clients and collaborate with colleagues on case strategy.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage cases independently and meet competing deadlines.

• Probate, trust, estate, or fiduciary litigation experience is preferred, but attorneys with broader litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
