This is a key opportunity to own critical processes across inventory, licensing, and vendor management while helping shape how the team works smarter through automation and process improvement. You'll bring strong systems fluency (NetSuite, NuOrder, EDI), sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to navigate cross-functional and international coordination with ease. This role partners closely with Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, playing a critical part in keeping wholesale operations accurate, efficient, and built to scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage inventory allocation and IF creation, including (but not limited to) National Accounts, Specialty, Credit Card, and Consignment accounts
  • Handle credit approval and credit card management for all assigned accounts, in partnership with the finance team
  • Monitor Item Fulfillments and coordinate with the warehouse on priority and time-sensitive orders
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer and rep needs within wholesale operations
  • Manage existing Wholesale CX Agent within Slack.
  • Oversee licensing and custom vendor–warehouse workflows to ensure accurate, timely handoffs
  • Support international account operations, including coordination on shipping, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Manage inventory transfers and adjustments across multiple departments
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual workflows across wholesale operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance to support business growth initiatives

What You'll Have

  • 2+ years of experience in wholesale operations, supply chain, or a related field
  • Experience with business/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, NuOrder) preferred
  • Familiarity with EDI processes and account management, especially in a vendor/warehouse context
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, basic reporting) with the ability to analyze data to identify discrepancies, opportunities and support decision-making
  • Exposure to or interest in international account operations (customs documentation, cross-border logistics, compliance) a plus
  • Strong communication skills with external and internal teams
  • Experience in AI-driven workflow tools and process automation
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around licensing, compliance, and order accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows independently
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
