In this essential role, you will be a trusted resource, helping students build the skills and resilience they need for success both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and academic needs.
• Develop and implement programs that promote student well-being, confidence, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a nurturing and supportive school environment.
• Assist students with goal-setting and strategic planning for academic and personal success.
• Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a school counselor, preferably with middle school students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and inspire them.
