About the Role

** As an HR Apprentice, you'll gain experience across all areas of Human Resources, supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR services while working towards your Level 5 CIPD qualification. About You

** We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organised and passionate about building a career in HR. **Essential Requirements** * Level 3 HR qualification (or equivalent). * Eligible to enrol onto a Level 5 CIPD Apprenticeship programme. * Previous experience in an HR administration or support role. * Experience handling confidential information. * Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. * Commitment to studying towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience within manufacturing, engineering or operational environments. * Experience using HR systems. * Basic understanding of UK employment legislation. * Knowledge of recruitment, payroll or
