- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in developing and growing a practice
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure and motivated by performance-driven earning potential
- Strong communication, advocacy, negotiation, and client service skills
- Attorneys with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply, though a portable book is not required!
