Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal | Concord, NH

Pay: $28–$33+/hour DOE

A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Concord, NH team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and supporting attorneys across a variety of litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Support civil, criminal, and administrative agency matters.

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.

• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage calendars.

• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.

• Assist with preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Review billing invoices and provide general litigation support.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Experience with New Hampshire state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with Filevine is a plus.

• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Position Details:

• Full-time, direct hire

• Onsite in Concord, NH

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch

• Competitive hourly compensation of $28–$33
