Salary: $100,000–$125,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid

A respected Boston law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build their litigation practice in a collaborative environment with opportunities for hands-on experience and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.

• Manage case deadlines, discovery, and client communications.

• Work closely with attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing.

• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
