A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex litigation matters while gaining meaningful client contact, hands-on case responsibility, and courtroom exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of civil litigation from initial case assessment through resolution.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and other litigation proceedings.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active New Hampshire bar membership or anticipated admission.

• 1–5+ years of litigation experience preferred.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and case management.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
