Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge the gap between product engineering and business outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand business challenges, design innovative technical solutions, deploy enterprise platforms, and rapidly translate customer requirements into scalable products and capabilities.

Please note that the role is not fully remote and requires regular on-site presence at the client (3 days per week; Prague).

Your experience:

• ideally 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale applications, ideally within regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong track record of leading technical implementations and delivering measurable business value.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong hands-on development experience with Python and React.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development (but experience with Azure or GCP is also valuable).
• Practical experience with Generative AI application development, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and vector databases.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM/model integration patterns.
• Experience deploying AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, FastAPI, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Claude and/or other enterprise LLM platforms.
• Relevant AWS or AI certifications are an advantage.
