As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role requires overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position involves continuous monitoring and refining of automated testing frameworks to ensure high standards are maintained, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals and deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the automation testing lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and testing priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Rust (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to software testing.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and suites.
- Experience in integrating automated tests within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Rust (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
