• 15 years of experience in EPC project delivery, Materials Management, Material Control, Supply Chain, Construction, or Project Delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex materials management programs across large capital projects.
• Deep understanding of engineering deliverables, MTO development, procurement, expediting, logistics, warehousing, material control, and construction execution.
• Experience implementing process improvements, governance frameworks, and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven success leading global and multicultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
